Designed to improve and maintain mobility while pregnant
Improve strength in core & pelvic stabilizers to reduce any pregnancy-related pelvic girdle pain
and pelvic floor symptoms such as leaking

Exercises designed for the stage of pregnancy you are in
Continue to exercise pain free during your pregnancy
Learn how to prepare your body for labour and delivery and minimize the risk of tearing
Strengthen your upper body to help with carrying baby
CLASSES
6 x60 minute small group classes that combine pelvic floor education and a great workout!
Classes include:
Take home educational materials
A home version of the work-out so you can continue on your own
Taught by a Pelvic Health Physiotherapist and Pregnancy and Postpartum Core Corrective

CLASS SCHEDULE:
Class 1: Pelvic floor muscle anatomy and function, “common but not normal” pelvic health
conditions associated with pregnancy, and good bowel and bladder habits
Class 2: How to prepare your pelvic floor for labour and delivery, and labor strategies
Class 3: How to push and birthing positions
Class 4: Caring for your postpartum body
Class 5: Tips and tricks for lifting and carrying your baby
Class 6: When & How to return to exercise
